If you need advice, information or guidance, Dalkeith & District Citizens Advice Bureau is here for you.

It’s also easy to get in touch with us, in whichever way suits you best.

Advice by Phone and Email

Phone the CAB (Monday-Thursday, 10am to 2 pm, Friday, 10am to 12.30 pm), or leave a brief message at other times, to arrange a callback from one of our experienced Advisers They will talk through your concerns and advise on the options. 

You can also complete this short form with details of your issues. The CAB will email a response or phone at a time that's convenient.

Advice in Person

For more complex problems, ongoing issues or assistance that's difficult to provide by phone or email. we can arrange an in-person appointment at Dalkeith CAB. We will let you know what to bring and about current steps to reduce the risk of Covid or other infections before your visit.

Please note, we do not offer drop-in advice services at the CAB.
