How to get free, impartial and confidential advice

If you need advice, information or guidance, Dalkeith & District Citizens Advice Bureau is here for you.

Visit the Citizens Advice website the Money Map Tool for detailed information on a wide range of topics, including guidance on benefits, debt, money, work, housing and much more.

It’s also easy to get in touch with us, in whichever way suits you best.

Advice in Person

For more complex issues or ongoing problems, you may wish to visit us so we can discuss your situation in person. At a face-to-face appointment we’ll have the time to talk about everything that’s going on and offer you the best advice. (We will let you know about our current steps to reduce the risk of Covid transmission before your visit.)

Please note that we do not currently offer drop-in services at the CAB.
